  • able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
  • stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
  • sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
  • clean bathrooms
  • retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
  • clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
  • clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
  • clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
  • perform any duties specified by the management team
  • always follow company safety policies and guidelines
  • assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs
