- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in institutional or retail food service industry
- ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers especially in conflict situations
- ability to concentrate and focus in a noisy, damp, warm, fast paced environment
- commitment to a mission driven environment aligned with Catholic, Norbertine, and liberal arts values

Job Duties
- wash, rinse, and sanitize china, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils
- restock clean dishware
- clean the dish room
- perform routine cleaning of equipment
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- interact professionally with coworkers and customers
- comply with health and safety regulations
