Job Duties
- Assist in the general clean-up of the kitchen, dining room and storage areas, including refrigerated storage
- maintains cleanliness for all cooking utensils and associated equipment
- advises Food Service Manager of any irregularities with food preparation, availability of food items/supplies and failure of equipment
- collect and stack dirty dishes, wash dishes and clean work area
- perform duties on tray line such as reading orders on menu cards, placing items on trays, preparing food items like sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages
