Job Duties
- set up, work, and clean respective positions of the patient tray line, dish machine, pots and pans, and cafeteria
- deliver patient trays
- practice safe and sanitary habits according to established standards
- maintain a clean environment for patients, visitors, and employees
- interact effectively with co-workers and guests as a team player
- provide prompt, courteous service exemplifying commitment to service excellence
- retrieve dirty trays and clean all dishes to prepare for use
- empty trash and take trash carts to dumpster
- complete dish machine and sanitizer logs to meet Board of Health and department standards
- demonstrate effective customer service to employees, customers, managers, and visitors
- follow CARES standards
- maintain department safety program and report safety concerns
- perform other duties as assigned
