Job Duties
- Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items
- place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems
- maintain clean and sanitary dish room
- stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed
- assist with receiving of food products
- set-up break-down of dining areas
- receive and stock cleaning items
- sweep/mop floors in the dish room and food court
- remove trash and take to trash receptacle
