Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, balance regularly
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work well with others

Job Duties
- Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items
- Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems
- Maintain clean and sanitary dish room
- Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed
- May assist with receiving of food products
- Set-up break-down of dining areas
