Job Duties

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate and maintain the dish machine properly
Ensure all items are air-dried and stored according to health code standards
Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe
Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks
Support kitchen team members as needed during busy shifts
