Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
- Assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
