Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity for prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Good hand-eye coordination

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
  • Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
  • Assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
