Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required

- willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
- assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
