Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Clear verbal communication to interact with team members and guests
  • Capability to work in diverse temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
  • Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
  • Assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
