Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Clear verbal communication to interact with team members and guests
- Capability to work in diverse temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper cleanliness and functionality
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management
- Assist waitstaff and servers by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items to the front-of-house as needed
