The DMO’s primary responsibility is maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware and utensils to meet health and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen and dining area operations. This role requires physical stamina as the operator will be on their feet for up to 8 hours during their shift and will be handling repetitive tasks that involve lifting and moving dishes, pots, and pans, sometimes up to 50 pounds. Beyond just operating the dish machine, the DMO assists with various sanitation and housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant, contributing to an overall safe and pleasant dining environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential to ensure a smooth workflow, as the DMO will coordinate with kitchen staff and management to meet operational needs. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • no prior criminal record preferred
