Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- experience with cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- compliance with company appearance and uniform standards

- ability to operate dishwashing machinery

Job Duties
- Load, run and unload dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical usage to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- keep dishroom clean and organized
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
- handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
