Job Requirements

- handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the kitchen manager or immediate supervisor on duty
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to use both hands and arms in full range of motion
- must have good hand and eye coordination skills
- must be able to speak, hear and smell
- consistently required to walk, balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- employee must be able to work consistently in a standing position for long periods of time
- specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- ability to obtain and maintain a state-applicable food handler’s card
Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- monitor the dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- keep the dish room clean and organized
- assist all kitchen staff when needed
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for Taproom
