Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- completion of orientation and safety training
- additional trainings as assigned
- wear black nonslip shoes
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- one to three months related experience preferred
- food handlers card preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- ability to listen to and apply instructions
- ability to request guidance as needed
- gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission permit from a relevant government agency
Job Duties
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- washes pots, pans, and trays
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- segregates, removes trash, garbage and places it in designated containers
- steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- works together as a team to achieve customer service
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- requisition cleaning supplies as needed
- other duties as assigned
