Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dishes, flatware, cookware, cups, and kitchen implements
- ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station such as overseeing the three-part sinks and dishwashing machinery
- ensure all equipment is sanitized and properly functioning and report any defects to management
- complete light custodial and maintenance responsibilities as necessary
- offer top-notch service to clients with a professional and upbeat approach
- comply with all safety measures focusing on food hygiene and sanitation criteria
- protect and uphold the integrity of corporate properties
