Job Duties

  • Provide strategic oversight of all athletic facilities including scheduling, maintenance planning, and capital improvements
  • Serve as liaison with campus facilities, grounds, and external vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure all athletic venues meet NCAA safety and compliance standards
  • Direct all aspects of game and event operations for home contests, including staffing, setup, breakdown, and coordination with visiting teams and officials
  • Oversee athletic facility scheduling for practices, competitions, camps, and non-athletic events
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for athletic events and facility usage
  • Coordinate campus safety, parking, concessions, and custodial services for event support
