Job Duties
- Provide strategic oversight of all athletic facilities including scheduling, maintenance planning, and capital improvements
- Serve as liaison with campus facilities, grounds, and external vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all athletic venues meet NCAA safety and compliance standards
- Direct all aspects of game and event operations for home contests, including staffing, setup, breakdown, and coordination with visiting teams and officials
- Oversee athletic facility scheduling for practices, competitions, camps, and non-athletic events
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for athletic events and facility usage
- Coordinate campus safety, parking, concessions, and custodial services for event support
