Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in workplace and facilities operations in a corporate environment
  • proven ability managing large and complex campuses with office and lab environments
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • expert knowledge of financial analysis, budget formulation and business case development
  • exceptional project management skills
  • proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Asana
  • willingness to travel when required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of workplace and facilities operations experience in a corporate environment, preferably technology sector
  • proven ability to manage large, complex campuses with office and lab environments
  • excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • expertise in financial concepts, analysis, budget development, and business case creation
  • strong project management skills with the ability to meet aggressive targets and deadlines
  • proficient with technology tools including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Asana
  • willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to workplace and facility managers
  • develop and implement improved standards and processes to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • manage delivery of facilities and support services including office and lab infrastructure, event management, amenities, and property management
  • build and advocate for employee-centric programs to enhance employee success and engagement
  • collaborate with internal teams such as Design & Delivery, IT, Security, EHS, Finance
  • manage and optimize team size and performance based on SLAs and KPIs
  • oversee contracts and procurement for services, materials, and minor projects
  • respond to escalations and lead issue resolution with a customer-first focus
  • manage minor construction, tenant improvements, and lab reconfigurations
  • contribute to space optimization initiatives and site strategy planning
  • drive sustainability strategy and corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • maintain financial oversight of operations budgets
  • establish strong relationships with landlords and property management teams
