Job Requirements
- Valid California driver's license
- maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law
- experience in hospitality, real estate, or related managerial roles
- ability to prepare and manage lease documents and contracts
- strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of practical working experience in hospitality, real estate, or related managerial experience
- strong background in hospitality or service preferred to support brand identity and business success
Job Duties
- Establishes qualitative objectives, conducts quality assessments, monitors amenity financial performance, and advises on improvement strategies
- delivers monthly performance tracking, variance commentary, quarterly forecasts, and annual business plans for all managed amenities in coordination with Finance and Accounting
- prepares and collaborates on deal-related materials, including deal sheets, lease documents, management agreements, executive summaries, and project status reports
- ensures quality control, budget adherence, and compliance for third-party managed facilities
- partners with Asset Management, Design, and Operations to define service standards and track performance
