Job Requirements

  • Valid California driver's license
  • maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law
  • experience in hospitality, real estate, or related managerial roles
  • ability to prepare and manage lease documents and contracts
  • strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of practical working experience in hospitality, real estate, or related managerial experience
  • strong background in hospitality or service preferred to support brand identity and business success

Job Duties

  • Establishes qualitative objectives, conducts quality assessments, monitors amenity financial performance, and advises on improvement strategies
  • delivers monthly performance tracking, variance commentary, quarterly forecasts, and annual business plans for all managed amenities in coordination with Finance and Accounting
  • prepares and collaborates on deal-related materials, including deal sheets, lease documents, management agreements, executive summaries, and project status reports
  • ensures quality control, budget adherence, and compliance for third-party managed facilities
  • partners with Asset Management, Design, and Operations to define service standards and track performance
