Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations
- Proven leadership and team development capability
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to manage budgets and contribute to financial performance optimization

Job Duties
- Lead and optimize store delivery and related transportation functions within assigned regions
- Manage financial performance by controlling expenses and supporting P&L goals
- Ensure customer service excellence through on-time delivery and accurate invoicing
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among field operations, routing, planning, warehouse, and procurement teams
- Develop and coach high-performing transportation teams focusing on productivity, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with carrier management to address third-party carrier needs and surge capacity
- Support legal counsel in transportation-related litigation matters
- Travel as required for operational support and business needs
