Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics and transportation, or management
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and DOT regulations
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel as required

Job Duties
- Lead operational execution of store delivery and transportation functions
- Support financial performance by managing expenses and income within budgets
- Ensure customer service excellence with consistent on-time delivery and accurate invoicing
- Drive cross-functional alignment among field operations, routing, planning, warehouse, and procurement teams
- Develop and maintain high-performing teams focused on productivity, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with carrier management to address third-party carrier needs and capacity constraints
- Support legal counsel on transportation-related litigation matters
