Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or six years of supply chain experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum two years of director-level experience
- Experience in healthcare, specifically acute care
- Ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain plans
- Strong financial management skills including budget and forecasting
- Licensure or certification such as CMRP preferred
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Six years of supply chain experience preferred if no degree
- Minimum two years of director-level experience
- Healthcare and acute care experience required
- Certified Materials and Resources Professional (CMRP) certification preferred
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with contract compliance and budget management
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively
Job Duties
- Direct overall supply chain operations for one or multiple facilities
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of supplies and equipment
- Ensure financial performance through evaluation of spend, contract compliance, budget, and forecasting
- Develop strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Resolve issues related to existing and new products in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Lead product conversion efforts at the hospital
- Build and maintain relationships with peers and administrative leadership
- Participate in various committees and meetings
- Lead and direct the work of supply chain staff
- Report to the CFO and Regional Supply Chain Leader
