Job Requirements
- Current resident of FL, GA, SC, or AL
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations, business development, and planning
- Ability to perform data analysis and create quantitative models
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- High emotional quotient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Operates with integrity and motivation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in campus dining operations, business development, or strategic planning
- Demonstrated success in business intelligence, data analytics, or product management preferably in a client-facing role
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerBi, Power Apps, Salesforce
- Proven ability to develop higher education dining services master plans with year-over-year meal plan sales growth
- Strong knowledge of national retail brand management and retail planning
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence C-suite executives
- Demonstrated integrity and ownership of professional development
Job Duties
- Lead the development of culinary innovation and strategic dining solutions for higher education campuses
- Collaborate with key campus stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform data-driven business strategies
- Provide meal plan training and operational assessments to support campus dining teams
- Deliver financial analysis and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making
- Mentor and provide guidance to field management and operations staff
- Develop analytical tools to optimize segment business performance
