Job Requirements

  • Current resident of FL, GA, SC, or AL
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations, business development, and planning
  • Ability to perform data analysis and create quantitative models
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • High emotional quotient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Operates with integrity and motivation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in campus dining operations, business development, or strategic planning
  • Demonstrated success in business intelligence, data analytics, or product management preferably in a client-facing role
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerBi, Power Apps, Salesforce
  • Proven ability to develop higher education dining services master plans with year-over-year meal plan sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of national retail brand management and retail planning
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated integrity and ownership of professional development

Job Duties

  • Lead the development of culinary innovation and strategic dining solutions for higher education campuses
  • Collaborate with key campus stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive engagement and satisfaction
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform data-driven business strategies
  • Provide meal plan training and operational assessments to support campus dining teams
  • Deliver financial analysis and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making
  • Mentor and provide guidance to field management and operations staff
  • Develop analytical tools to optimize segment business performance
