- Experience in luxury hospitality or executive dining environments
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and solve problems quickly
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in professional or corporate settings
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end client meeting centers, or executive dining
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor staff
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executive-level guests
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and market dynamics
Job Duties
- Manage signature venue spaces and specialty dining operations
- Oversee budget management and staff coordination
- Lead the opening and ongoing operations of new facilities
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and procurement
- Ensure exceptional front-of-house guest service and handle reservations
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for seamless event execution
- Implement guest feedback channels and address customer issues
