Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in food industry sales or account management
  • minimum 5 years managing Walmart/Sam's Club accounts
  • strong financial acumen including P&L management and forecasting
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work from Bentonville
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Walmart systems
  • experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • knowledge of digital commerce and data-driven selling

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in food industry sales, account management, or customer leadership
  • minimum 5 years managing Walmart/Sam's Club accounts with proven large-scale customer leadership success
  • strong knowledge of retail commercialization and category dynamics
  • mastery of P&L management, forecasting, and demand planning
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level influence skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and Walmart systems including Retail Link and Scintilla
  • experienced in digital commerce and omnichannel merchandising
  • proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Job Duties

  • Lead the full P&L and category strategy for Walmart and Sam's Club ISB business
  • develop and execute joint business planning and multiyear growth strategies
  • serve as the key contact for Walmart ISB leadership and expand customer relationships
  • identify and champion new innovation platforms and whitespace opportunities
  • manage forecasting, demand planning, and financial governance including promotional funding
  • lead cross-functional collaboration to align internal operations with customer needs
  • leverage data and digital insights to guide business decisions and enhance category storytelling
  • lead, coach, and develop the Walmart ISB team building forecasting and financial skills
