Job Requirements

  • education and professional experience exceeding 8 years
  • leadership role experience leading professional teams
  • technical role experience in concept development
  • bachelor's degree counts for 3 years of experience
  • mba or master's degree counts for 2 additional years
  • hospitality, f&b or retail industry experience
  • training in north america traveler and constituency preference data

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in a related program
  • preferably 3 years leadership experience in concept development
  • 8 years experience in concept development programs
  • 3-5 years hospitality, food and beverage, or retail experience
  • specialized training in traveler preference data
  • strong project management skills
  • financial acumen including roi and p&l understanding
  • ability to analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes
  • experience in stakeholder alignment and collaboration
  • business acumen with strategic planning mindset
  • demonstrated team leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • understand and review development strategy for assigned markets
  • examine zone analysis with business development and finance for project evaluation
  • prepare and validate preliminary concept plans
  • complete and manage project location reviews and restaurant design layouts
  • facilitate facility development process ensuring sales and labor efficiency
  • negotiate brand agreements and supplier contracts
  • determine menu and product list within corporate standards
  • align brand products and procedures with company standards
  • evaluate concept flow-through alongside operations leadership
  • ensure timely execution of brand agreements
  • maintain relationships with branded concepts in market accounts
  • manage on time delivery of new store openings with multidisciplinary teams
