- bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace or technical management or similar field
- extensive experience with program management and earned value management
- prior leadership experience managing project/program teams
- ability to manage complex programs from inception to completion
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to obtain and maintain US secret clearance
