Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital product management
- Minimum 5 years of deep domain expertise in supply chain and distribution operations
- Minimum 5 years prior people management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams
- Expertise working in agile frameworks and methodologies
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in supply chain
- Experience with vendor management and technology integrations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years progressive responsibility in digital product management
- Minimum 5+ years deep domain expertise in supply chain and distribution operations
- Minimum 5+ years prior people management experience
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionally
- Expert at working in the agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning and driving business outcomes
- Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams
- Deep domain expertise including knowledge of industry & tech trends and users & customers
- Industry background in QSR, retail with multi-node networks (preferred)
- Familiarity with supply chain technology platforms and integrations (preferred)
- Experience using data and analytics to guide decisions and improve operations (preferred)
- Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain (preferred)
- Experience driving visibility and efficiency across end-to-end operations (preferred)
Job Duties
- Guide integration strategies across core supply chain systems (warehouse, transportation, order management, ERP) to ensure interoperability and scalability
- Make informed build/buy/partner decisions, manage vendor relationships and platform roadmaps, and ensure safe integration with automation and visibility solutions
- Operate as a strategic partner to Global Supply Chain, DC Operations & Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality & Food Safety, Procurement, Store Operations, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, and Architecture/Engineering, as well as 3PLs, carriers, and brokers
- Drive change management and training plans to ensure adoption across a distributed, franchise-inclusive network
- Embed capabilities for regulatory compliance (e.g., DOT/FMCSA, OSHA), food safety (e.g., HACCP/FSMA), cold chain controls, chain of custody/traceability, temperature monitoring, customs & trade documentation (as applicable), and incident response across Distribution workflows
- Establish governance and data stewardship for auditability, data quality, and policy adherence
- Run the full lifecycle from vision and planning through delivery and iteration in close partnership with engineering, data, and architecture
- Navigate constraints (cost, resources, timeline) with clear trade-offs and disciplined execution
