- 10 or more years of supply chain experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- 5-7 years of management experience
- Experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Job Duties
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for each assigned product category to support business objectives
- Lead a productive and engaged Protein Procurement team through coaching, priority setting, performance management, and talent selection
- Develop long-term alliances with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure the best products, service, quality, and price
- Foster and maintain positive, productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Enhance strategies for product sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management
- Analyze complex data, negotiate prices and terms, and develop contracting recommendations
- Manage the creation, issuance, and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Ensure contract compliance and adherence to Brinker’s Code of Business Conduct
- Address difficult product and stakeholder support issues promptly and effectively
