Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of P and L responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply contract terms
- Willingness to travel up to 60 percent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in managing remote teams
- High level of professionalism and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
- 5-10 years of experience as a District Manager level or equivalent preferred including P and L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industries
- Bachelor’s degree generally required
- Advanced degree in business or related field desired
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction
- Ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
- Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements
- Established communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to create systems and processes to manage remotely
- Willing to travel up to 60 percent
Job Duties
- Manage and guide the activities of your management team
- Set the strategic and tactical direction for each account
- Develop and implement portfolio strategies for increasing sales and profits through national client
- Create, build and maintain positive business relationships with Aramark's current and prospective clients
- Grow existing annual customer revenues by adding new products and services, adding new locations and price increases
- Overall account development including proposals for expansion to sites served and services provided
- Manage both client and Aramark budgets
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Understand contractual obligations and leverage opportunities
