Job Duties
- Manage the operation of the Gallery on the Park Restaurant, the St. Anthony Club, In-Room Dining, Pool Bar, and Mini Bar outlets
- Plan and direct hotel food and beverage activations such as afternoon tea and Epicurean moments
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate food and beverage staff performance
- Resolve operational problems and maintain open communication with staff and guests
- Delegate responsibility and authority for front-of-house operations across various sub-departments
- Develop and implement schedules for food and beverage outlets to ensure profitability
- Participate in menu creation to attract the target market
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs according to Crescent standards
