Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years prior operations, facilities, or property management experience
- Working knowledge of maintenance and operations preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics
- Ability to meet commitments and produce accurate work
- Solution oriented and results driven mindset
- Basic to moderate computer skills including email, excel, word, and online order systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets
- Oversee preventative maintenance of equipment and related record keeping
- Ensure property safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected
- Conduct daily property walk-throughs and respond to operational issues
- Assist in procurement management within budget constraints
- Manage property operating expenses and control financial variances
- Conduct regular property inspections and prioritize capital projects
- Manage capital project work processes and oversee contracted work
- Manage preventative maintenance and necessary repairs or construction
- Oversee relationships with third party contractors adhering to purchasing policies
- Co-manage construction activities with corporate development
- Maintain safety through hazard identification and regulatory compliance
- Lead maintenance staff assignments and training
- Ensure public safety, security, and risk management
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Assist General Manager with profit center margin maximization
- Perform condition assessments for long-range planning
- Maintain accurate capital database information
- Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy
- Understand leases for operational financial responsibilities
- Implement energy plans to minimize costs
- Oversee operational budgets and cost management
- Provide leadership in operations and customer service
- Fulfill Manager-on-Duty rotation duties
- Support operations during special events and holidays
- Contribute to five year strategic plan updates
- Complete required operational reports
- Assist with emergency management plan and training
- Oversee crisis operations ensuring safety
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Collaborate with security and officials on fire safety programs
- Build relationships with civic leaders and code officials
