Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Seven years of management experience
  • Seven years of functional experience in food service and hospitality operations
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
  • Proven ability in client relations and customer service
  • Expertise in managing remote teams and operational budgets
  • Financial acumen and experience managing fixed-fee contracts
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments

Job Duties

  • Drive and support strategic business development initiatives by identifying new market or expansion opportunities
  • Cultivate client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand customer base and revenue streams
  • Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities
  • Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests
  • Ensure that client’s scope of work and standards are understood and met
  • Supervise a team of operational and project support positions
  • Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives
