- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven years of management experience
- Seven years of functional experience in food service and hospitality operations
- Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
- Proven ability in client relations and customer service
- Expertise in managing remote teams and operational budgets
- Financial acumen and experience managing fixed-fee contracts
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments

Job Duties
- Drive and support strategic business development initiatives by identifying new market or expansion opportunities
- Cultivate client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand customer base and revenue streams
- Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities
- Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests
- Ensure that client’s scope of work and standards are understood and met
- Supervise a team of operational and project support positions
- Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives
