Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage multi-unit management
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work variable and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Several years of experience in multi-unit food and beverage operations management
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in operational tools and software platforms
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Job Duties

  • Ensure all managers and leadership staff execute daily opening and closing checklists
  • Facilitate development and implementation of the annual budget and achieve financial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, unions, and business partners
  • Interview, hire, promote, and manage staff within the zone
  • Schedule managers to maintain leadership presence during operating hours
  • Hold leadership accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
  • Provide coaching and support to restaurant staff to meet business objectives
  • Monitor financial and operational data and collaborate with regional leadership
  • Manage product inventory and vendor relations to ensure supply chain continuity
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of restaurant equipment
  • Assess employee skills and coordinate training programs
  • Maintain adherence to brand standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols
  • Implement marketing programs and promote employee engagement
  • Resolve customer and associate issues using discretion and judgment
  • Enforce health, safety, and wellness protocols including COVID-19 measures
