Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in food and beverage industry
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of safety and compliance
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in multi-unit food and beverage operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency with operational and financial management tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations related to food service
Job Duties
- Ensure all restaurant managers and leadership staff prepare each location for next day opening and execute opening and closing requirements
- Develop and implement annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business goals, leading unit management to achieve sales and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, unions, DBE partners, and other stakeholders
- Interview candidates, make hiring and termination decisions, and authorize status changes for associates
- Schedule managers to ensure leadership presence during all operating hours and hold leadership accountable for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide continuous coaching, support, and motivation to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Monitor financial and operational data, collaborate with regional leadership on decisions, manage equipment maintenance and repairs, and oversee safety compliance
