Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in food and beverage industry
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of safety and compliance
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in multi-unit food and beverage operations management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency with operational and financial management tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations related to food service

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurant managers and leadership staff prepare each location for next day opening and execute opening and closing requirements
  • Develop and implement annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business goals, leading unit management to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, unions, DBE partners, and other stakeholders
  • Interview candidates, make hiring and termination decisions, and authorize status changes for associates
  • Schedule managers to ensure leadership presence during all operating hours and hold leadership accountable for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide continuous coaching, support, and motivation to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Monitor financial and operational data, collaborate with regional leadership on decisions, manage equipment maintenance and repairs, and oversee safety compliance
