Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Experience supervising multiple locations or teams
  • Ability to work a varied and rotating schedule including opening, busy, and closing shifts
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Capability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational strategy
  • Understanding of labor laws and employee relations
  • Ability to travel within the region as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in multi-unit food and beverage management or operations leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficiency with restaurant operational tools and software such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food and beverage multi-unit managers, general managers, and leadership staff follow opening and closing checklists and requirements
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business goals
  • Interview candidates and make decisions on hiring, termination, promotion, and other status changes
  • Schedule managers to guarantee leadership presence during all operational hours
  • Hold managers accountable for onboarding and offboarding of restaurant associates, including compliance with badging and training processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognize staff contributions
  • Monitor financial and operational progress, collaborating with regional leadership and ensuring loss prevention measures
  • Oversee product availability, ordering processes, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance
  • Assess skill levels of restaurant staff and coordinate on-the-job training
  • Implement marketing programs and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Maintain an understanding of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health regulations, and hold staff accountable for safety standards
