Job Requirements

  • Progress toward or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience across various brand types
  • Proven track record in managing financial and operational performance
  • Proficient in relevant company technology and software
  • Ability to lead staffing and recruitment activities
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and safety compliance
  • Capacity to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Minimum of 3 years’ multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • At least 7 years’ overall restaurant experience
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and service standards
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage revenue-generating and operations activities of multiple restaurants
  • Hold General Managers accountable for operational standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, unions, and partners
  • Interview, hire, and promote restaurant staff
  • Ensure staffing schedules provide leadership coverage at all times
  • Oversee product orders, inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
  • Monitor financial reports and enforce budgetary controls
