Job Requirements
- Progress toward or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience across various brand types
- Proven track record in managing financial and operational performance
- Proficient in relevant company technology and software
- Ability to lead staffing and recruitment activities
- Strong understanding of regulatory and safety compliance
- Capacity to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent post-secondary education
- Minimum of 3 years’ multi-unit restaurant management experience
- At least 7 years’ overall restaurant experience
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and service standards
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage revenue-generating and operations activities of multiple restaurants
- Hold General Managers accountable for operational standards
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, unions, and partners
- Interview, hire, and promote restaurant staff
- Ensure staffing schedules provide leadership coverage at all times
- Oversee product orders, inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Monitor financial reports and enforce budgetary controls
