Job Requirements

  • Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of seven years of overall restaurant management experience with at least three years in multi-unit management
  • Solid understanding of financial drivers and key performance indicators
  • Strong technical knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply critical thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including some opening and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple restaurant concepts and units
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L
  • Knowledge of restaurant service quality, safety and operational standards
  • Ability to build and lead high performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with employee training and development
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Ensure all GMs and staff prepare each restaurant for next-day opening, holding GMs accountable for opening and closing checklists
  • Facilitate development and implementation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and business goals
  • Develop, maintain, and foster growth of landlord, brand and DBE partner relationships
  • Interview candidates, make hiring, termination, promotion and advancement decisions
  • Schedule managers to ensure leadership presence during operating hours
  • Hold GMs accountable for onboarding and offboarding, including compliance with badging and training
  • Support employee engagement and recognition programs to motivate restaurant staff
