Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience within a healthcare or large complex organization including at least 5 years of direct supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience with performance management and staff development
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical ability for data-driven decision making and performance monitoring
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience developing and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Experience overseeing contractual agreements and managing relationships with third party vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of leadership
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and oversee multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously

Job Duties
- Direct daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align Logistics and Support Services functions with organizational goals
- Ensure operations are aligned with organizational objectives, improving accuracy and efficiency in workflows
- Lead the development and oversight of multi-million dollar operational budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial targets
- Direct the planning and execution of capital projects for departments as necessary
- Oversee benchmarking activities and monitor key performance indicators
- reporting on outcomes and implementation data-driven process improvements
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams by fostering a culture of excellence that enables teams to deliver high-quality service in alignment with organizational needs
- Partner with clinical, administrative, and facilities leadership to support organizational initiatives and respond to evolving operational needs
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Direct and support the creation and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and new initiatives
- Lead teams through effective change in support of operational enhancements
