Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related procedural environments preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative workflows, regulatory requirements, quality metrics, and financial management
  • Experience with business planning, budgeting, productivity analysis, and performance improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and electronic health record systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or perioperative services preferred
  • Knowledge of perioperative workflows, regulatory requirements, quality metrics, and financial management
  • Experience in business planning, budgeting, productivity analysis, and performance improvement methodologies
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and electronic health record systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of ambulatory surgical centers
  • Manage perioperative workflows and patient throughput
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
  • Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality outcome standards
  • Lead business planning and productivity monitoring initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve patient experience
