Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
- Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related procedural environments preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative workflows, regulatory requirements, quality metrics, and financial management
- Experience with business planning, budgeting, productivity analysis, and performance improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and electronic health record systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or perioperative services preferred
- Knowledge of perioperative workflows, regulatory requirements, quality metrics, and financial management
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, productivity analysis, and performance improvement methodologies
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and electronic health record systems
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of ambulatory surgical centers
- Manage perioperative workflows and patient throughput
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
- Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality outcome standards
- Lead business planning and productivity monitoring initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve patient experience
