Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of event planning, hospitality, or related field experience
  • Minimum 2 years leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency with AV and live production systems
  • Experience with live-streaming platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with event management and scheduling software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to Christian faith and values
  • Professional appearance and personal hygiene
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Bachelor’s degree required or significant and directly relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale event management team leadership and technical coordination including audio/visual, lighting, and live-streaming
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering high-quality events on time and on budget
  • Exceptional organizational communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in AV and live production systems including soundboards, microphones, lighting control, and projectors
  • Familiarity with live-streaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom and integration with on-site AV systems
  • Experience using event management and scheduling tools such as ASTRA or similar software
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of event production logistics and best practices
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
