Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent education/experience
- minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- in-depth knowledge of parking operations for a large complex organization
- familiarity with policy and regulatory compliance from governmental agencies
- advanced knowledge of parking industry best practices
- experience working in a unionized environment
- experience managing large multi-site operational teams
- advanced knowledge of revenue control and parking enforcement systems
- strategic negotiation skills
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- advanced verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
