Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- 4 - 7 years of related experience
- Shift work (hours outside standard Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM work hours)
- Must have current work authorization
- Ability to comply with university policies and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience with ticket analytics and data interpretation
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Strong interpersonal communication and political acumen skills
- Thorough knowledge of the campus and/or medical center's products and services
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day ticketing operations for multiple sports teams
- Execute plans to achieve revenue and ticketing goals for the fiscal year
- Develop and implement sales strategies for ticket packages and single-game tickets
- Drive outbound call volume, sales revenue, and face-to-face meetings for ticket sales campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret ticket sales data and financial settlements
- Maintain and update ticket software and databases
- Supervise ticket and event student staff and collaborate with Athletics Business Office for reporting and reconciliation
