Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
  • 4 - 7 years of related experience
  • Shift work (hours outside standard Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM work hours)
  • Must have current work authorization
  • Ability to comply with university policies and collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience with ticket analytics and data interpretation
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Experience with ticket analytics and sales strategies
  • Thorough analytical and written communication skills
  • Experience in social media platform usage and marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of event and media activities management
  • Previous experience with college athletics or professional sports ticket operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal communication and political acumen skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the campus and/or medical center's products and services

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day ticketing operations for multiple sports teams
  • Execute plans to achieve revenue and ticketing goals for the fiscal year
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for ticket packages and single-game tickets
  • Drive outbound call volume, sales revenue, and face-to-face meetings for ticket sales campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret ticket sales data and financial settlements
  • Maintain and update ticket software and databases
  • Supervise ticket and event student staff and collaborate with Athletics Business Office for reporting and reconciliation
