Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or technical account management
- In-depth knowledge of DLP platforms and AI technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client and internal engagements
- Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Proven experience in technical account management or customer success within cybersecurity
- Deep understanding of Data Loss Prevention technologies and AI-driven security solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to analyze cybersecurity threats and turn insights into actionable strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients preferred
Job Duties
- Master the DLP AI engine to understand and manage complex cybersecurity detection mechanisms
- Orchestrate zero-friction onboarding processes to go live within 30 days
- Monitor customer cyber health using real-time signals to predict and prevent churn
- Funnel frontline customer cybersecurity feedback into product development cycles
- Build, train, and scale a high-performing technical account management team
- Triage cybersecurity incidents in partnership with engineering to prioritize and neutralize threats
- Travel 30% of the time for workshops, customer engagements, and deployments
