Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
- minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or technical account management roles
- prior experience leading customer success or technical support teams
- strong technical proficiency in AI, machine learning, regex, and behavioral analytics
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to travel 30 percent of the time
- experience working remotely and managing distributed teams

- proven expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in data loss prevention technologies
- strong leadership experience managing technical account management or customer success teams
- deep understanding of AI-driven security platforms, machine learning, and regulatory compliance
- excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical teams and senior executives
- demonstrated success in customer onboarding, retention, and building trusted relationships
- experience with incident response and triaging security events
- ability to travel regularly for client engagements
Job Duties
- master the DLP AI engine and speak fluent regex, machine learning classification, and behavioral analytics
- orchestrate zero-friction onboarding for global teams to activate DLP AI in under 30 days
- run customer cyber health monitoring like a SOC dashboard with real-time signal analysis to predict churn
- funnel frontline cybersecurity feedback into product roadmaps to enhance zero-day defense capabilities
- scale and lead a world-class customer success and technical account management team
- triage cybersecurity incidents in partnership with engineering to prioritize and neutralize DLP gaps
- travel approximately 30 percent of the time for workshops, customer engagements, and expanding deployments
