Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field
 - minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
 - prior leadership experience managing technical teams
 - deep knowledge of regex, ML classification, and cybersecurity policies
 - proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes clients
 - willingness to travel up to 30 percent
 - strong problem-solving and incident management skills
 - exceptional customer empathy and communication skills
 
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in technical account management or customer success within cybersecurity
 - strong understanding of DLP, machine learning, and behavioral analytics
 - excellent communication skills for engaging C-suite executives
 - demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
 - ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value
 - experience working remotely and managing field operations
 - proficiency with tools such as Gainsight, Notion, Loom, and Linear
