Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years recruiting and talent acquisition leadership experience
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong knowledge of unionized hospitality work environments and collective bargaining agreements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and lead a team effectively
- Demonstrated ability to implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Experience with onboarding and compliance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 7 years professional experience with agency, field recruiting, and corporate leadership
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems including iCIMS preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and work effectively with teams
- Outstanding analytical, communication, negotiation, collaboration, presentation, and project management skills
- Executive presence, professional demeanor, and strong business acumen
- Results oriented and focused on continuous process improvement
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Expertise in industry related recruiting best practices
- Creative, imaginative, and innovative problem solver
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of talent acquisition to support hiring needs across all hotel departments
- Manage requisition intake, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring workflows in alignment with HR procedures
- Ensure timely hiring to support operational staffing needs while maintaining hiring standards
- Supervise onboarding specialists and talent acquisition staff, providing coaching and development
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across rooms, food & beverage, culinary, retail, spa, and other resort functions
- Facilitate structured hiring process from requisition approval to offer stage ensuring internal approvals
- Oversee administration and utilization of the Applicant Tracking System including requisition management and reporting
