Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- strong financial and analytical skills
- advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- highly organized self-starter with ability to balance strategic thinking and execution detail
- background in hospitality, sports & entertainment, consumer, or private-equity-backed businesses a plus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into operational roadmaps and project plans
- manage and monitor execution of cross-functional initiatives ensuring progress against milestones
- develop business cases and frameworks to support evaluation of new growth opportunities
- conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive benchmarking to evaluate initiatives
- partner with Business Analytics to transform data into insights that guide strategy and operations
- create executive-level presentations to communicate recommendations to the SVP of Strategy, CSO, senior leadership, and the Board
- lead strategic projects from scoping through execution managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- identify risks, dependencies, and potential barriers and develop solutions to maintain project momentum
- drive organizational alignment and adoption of new strategic initiatives
- partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Member Experience to ensure strategies are grounded in operational realities
- build strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand challenges and support execution of tailored strategies
- act as the connective tissue between SVP of Strategy and business units ensuring alignment across priorities
