Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6-10 years relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business roles
proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
strong problem-solving skills
excellent communication and organizational abilities
high emotional intelligence
ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
experience working closely with executive leadership
familiarity with technology or logistics sector preferred

Job Qualifications

6-10 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-ownership business roles
track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
previous exposure to executive leadership as direct report or close partner to C-suite
experience in high-growth environments such as Series B or rapid scaling
logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or technology industry background preferred
management consulting or investment banking/PE background is a bonus
ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
builds financial models, analyzes data, synthesizes insights into actionable recommendations
communicates complex ideas clearly tailored to board, ICs or external partners
manages multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail
navigates organizational dynamics with discretion and high emotional intelligence
