Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data science, or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Familiarity with aviation operational systems
- Strong knowledge of data architecture and analytics frameworks
- Experience in AI/ML model deployment and applied statistics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including verification of employment, education, and criminal history
Job Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations finance, consulting, or analytics preferably in aviation or asset-intensive industries
- Deep understanding of operational finance, cost modeling, and driver-based planning
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with aviation systems like Avianis, Corridor, CAMP, or AirTable
- Strong working knowledge of modern data architectures including data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience deploying AI or machine learning models for forecasting, optimization, or automation
- Comfort with applied statistics and experimentation, including Bayesian modeling or reinforcement learning
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, curious, adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Build driver-based financial forecasts linking flight activity, fleet mix, crew costs, and maintenance inputs to financial performance
- Develop dynamic tools to monitor aircraft profitability, utilization, and contribution margins in near real-time
- Partner with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and MRO teams to align operational KPIs with financial goals
- Support scenario modeling for capacity planning, charter demand shifts, and capital deployment decisions
- Serve as an analytical partner to senior leadership on fleet expansion, maintenance capacity, and technology investment
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies using AI-based optimization and statistical modeling
- Deploy predictive and prescriptive models to improve aircraft availability forecasting, maintenance planning, and demand prediction
