Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- clean driving record
- completion of Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff within 30 days of hire
- completion of Working with Program Volunteers within 30 days of hire
- completion of CPR, First Aid, AED, and Blood borne Pathogens certifications within 30 days of hire
- completion of YMCA program-specific certifications as needed
- ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community

Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate all YMCA youth development programs for assigned sites as directed
- management of programs, including design and delivery, scheduling, supervision, and development and monitoring of program budget to meet fiscal objectives
- promote and incorporate the YMCA four core values and character development model into all program activities
- hire, train, and supervise part time program staff and volunteers
- organize and deliver program schedules, registrations, and statistics
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of and participation in program
- secure and schedule other sites and facilities as needed
- along with the Executive Director, lead and deliver new program activities and expand mission impact within the community in accordance with the Association and branch strategic plans
- assist in branch fund raising activities and special events
- respond to all member and community inquiries and concerns on a daily basis
- assist in marketing and distribution of program information, organize and schedule program registrations
- assist in the review and processing of program scholarship applications
- model relationship-building skills in all interactions
- develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations
- maintain regular, clear, and concise communication within area of responsibility
- perform other duties as assigned
